If you notice a defect on your BZEN bike – whether upon delivery or during use – please contact our support team via the contact form.
Make sure to include as many details as possible, such as a description of the issue, photos or a short video, and your order number. This helps us handle your request quickly and efficiently.
Once we receive your message, we’ll forward it to the responsible department. In most cases, you’ll hear back from us within 24 hours (on working days) with a solution or follow-up questions.
Our goal: to get your bike back in perfect shape as quickly as possible.
