Return and refund of BZEN E-Bikes
Tested your BZEN Bike but want to return it? No problem – we’re here to help. Full refund guaranteed. Please carefully review the procedure and conditions, and complete the product return form.
30-Day Return Policy for Online Purchases at BZEN
BZEN offers private customers who purchase directly in the BZEN online shop and pay online a 30-day return policy from the invoice date (15 days for outlet bikes).
The invoice date corresponds to the shipping date from our warehouse.
Please note:
The return policy does not apply to demo or used bikes, even if purchased via the BZEN online shop and invoiced by BZEN.
There is no return policy for purchases made in a local BZEN brand shop.

If you would like to return your bike and receive a refund, please follow these steps:
Submit a return request
Submit your return request within 30 calendar days (15 days for outlet bikes) via our “Returns & Exchanges” page.Attach photos
Include photos of the bike from all sides with your request. This helps us assess its condition before return shipping.Use original packaging
Carefully pack the bike in its original packaging to avoid transport damage.Acceptance and collection
After receiving your request, BZEN will review the information and photos and get back to you within 5 business days.
Once the return is accepted, BZEN will arrange free collection for you.Inspection after return
Once the bike arrives at the BZEN warehouse, we will inspect its condition.Refund or deductions
If the bike is in perfect, like-new condition, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price within 15 business days.
If there are visible damages or signs of use, BZEN will deduct repair costs according to our guidelines from your refund.Refund information
You will be informed of the refund details within 5 business days after we receive the bike.
