How many levels of support are there?

All BZEN e-bikes come with five support levels, which you can freely choose depending on your needs.

The higher the selected level (from 1 to 5), the more power the motor provides:

• Level 1 offers light, natural assistance – ideal for flat terrain or when you want to pedal more yourself.
• Levels 2–3 give a balanced level of support – perfect for everyday riding and gentle hills.
• Levels 4–5 provide maximum motor assistance – great for steep climbs, headwinds, or when you simply want to ride effortlessly.

Thanks to their superlight weight starting at just 14.5 kg, BZEN bikes are also easy and fun to ride without any motor support – just like a regular bicycle.

With or without e-power, every ride feels like a true experience.
